OFEX Appoints Further Ex-LSE Consultant

OFEX APPOINTS FURTHER EX-LSE CONSULTANT
OFEX is pleased to announce the appointment Cyril Theret as a consultant to
OFEX, and also as a founder member of the proposed OFEX Advisory Panel, to be
created in early 2004. Until recently, Mr Theret was Business Development
Manager in the International Marketing Department for the London Stock Exchange
("LSE"), with responsibility for developing and implementing the LSE's North
America marketing strategy business and marketing plan, establishing
relationships with top overseas investment banks, lawyers and accounting firms.
During this time, he also managed roadshows, media campaigns and liased with
overseas exchanges. Previous roles at the LSE include Institutional Business
Development and also market supervision on AIM.
Jonathan Jenkins, Joint Managing Director of OFEX plc said: "Cyril's expertise
dovetail perfectly with a number of OFEX's key domestic and international
projects as we move into 2004 and beyond. We are obviously also delighted he
will be a founder member of the OFEX Advisory Panel, and look forward to
working with him in the New Year".
The full details of the OFEX Advisory Panel will be released as they become
available. The Panel will meet quarterly and will be tasked with providing a
forum for key OFEX community members to feedback, advise and debate on market
issues.
