5th May, 1998 Jonas af Jochnick sold 50,000 shares at 510p per share
8th May, 1998 Jonas af Jochnick sold 2,000,000 shares at 502p per share ex
dividend

Mr. Jonas af Jochnick's resultant holding remains as stated in the
announcement at 26,289,432
