                              Exercise of Options

The Company announces today that options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company under the Company's share option scheme have been
exercised.

Details of the options exercised are as follows:

233,334                                 15p


Accordingly, application will be made for 233,334 ordinary shares of 1p in the
Company, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market. Admission will become
effective and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00am on 08/12/2004.
