At the Annual General Meeting held today resolution 8, permitting the Company to 
make market purchases of and cancel its ordinary shares, within certain 
parameters, as set out in the notice dated 6 April 2009, was passed. 
 
 
As detailed in the announcement released on the 6 April 2009, all other 
resolutions will be proposed at the Adjourned Annual General Meeting to be held
