Paragon Banking Group PLC (the
"Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of
its ordinary shares of £1.00 each through Jefferies International
Limited ("Jefferies"), as part of the share
buyback programme, of up to £50m, announced on 5 June
2024.

can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
