Asian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, received notification on 24 February 2012 that Pacific Agri Capital Limited (formerly Asian Agri Capital Limited) ("PAC") disposed of 450,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company on 24 February 2012.

Following this transaction, PAC, collectively through its investment funds, no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
