The Company received notification on 2 May 2006 that Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited ('USS') and its  associated companies (acting as an agent for its
discretionary clients) now hold, directly and indirectly, 1,484,286  ordinary
shares ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company which represents approximately 3.42
per cent. of the Company's  issued capital of 43,448,000 Ordinary Shares.
