The Company received notification on 28 April 2006 that Utilico Emerging Markets
Utilities Limited ('Utilico') and its  associated companies (acting as an agent
for its discretionary clients) now hold, directly and indirectly, 1,071,429 
ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company which represents
approximately 4.48 per cent. of the Company's  issued capital of 43,447,821
Ordinary Shares.
