Appointment of Non-Executive
Director
The Board of Picton
is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen
Beck as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with
effect from 1 August 2024. Helen will become Chair of the
Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk,
Nomination and Property Valuation committees.
Helen has more than 25 years'
experience in financial services, particularly in remuneration
design, regulation and human resources. She was formerly a partner
of Deloitte and, before that, was Global Head of Reward at Standard
Bank, Head of McLagan Europe (part of Aon) and held roles in human
resources at Fidelity International.
Helen has been a Non-Executive
Director of Funding Circle Holdings plc since June 2021, where she
chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the
Nomination, Audit and Risk and ESG committees. Until 18 April 2024,
she was a Non-Executive Director of Ashmore Group plc.
As previously announced Maria
Bentley will retire from the Board on 30 July
2024.
