Premier Gold (AIM: PGR), the Central Asia-focused gold exploration and development company, was notified yesterday that, on 30 October 2013, Old Church Street Holdings Limited, a company which is owned by Equinox Trustees for a trust for which John McKeon is the primary discretionary beneficiary, purchased 46,883,699 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result of this share purchase, John McKeon is now beneficially interested in 147,689,063 ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.1 per cent of the issued share capital.
