Since our last announcement on 17 December 2014, the Group has sold a further 
two properties at a combined sales price of EUR461,884 (following all sales 
commission and tax). The total loan now owing to M & M Investment Company plc 
(and any associates) is now EUR1,823,017. 
 
Our annualised rent roll is currently around EUR529,470.
