Pactolus Hungarian Property plc (the 'Company' or "Group")
Loan Facility

Further to the Company's announcement on 29 January 2015, the Group has sold a
further property at a sales price of €149,791.92 (following all sales
commission and tax) the sales proceeds have been applied against the loan to
the Company by M & M Investment Company plc.

The total loan now owing to M & M Investment Company plc (and any associates)
is now €1,673,225.30.

The Company's annualised rent roll is currently around €495,270.
