Change of name to M&L Property
& Assets Plc
Following the passing of a resolution at the Company’s AGM on
25 June 2015 the Company’s name
change to M&L Property & Assets plc was approved by
shareholders.
The change of name has now been registered at the Isle of Man
Companies Register and is effective with immediate effect.
Trading in the Company's shares on AIM under the new name of
M&L Property & Assets plc (AIM: PHU) will take place
effective 3 July 2015.
