M&L Property & Assets Plc (the "Company" or "Group") 
 
Loan Facility & Property Sale 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 16 September 2015, the Group has sold 
a further property. 
 
The debt owing to M&M Investment Company Plc ("MMIC") has been reduced by a 
further EUR281,355 being the actual cash received (following all sales commission 
and tax). 
 
The balance now outstanding to MMIC is EUR261,174.
