Resignation of
nominated adviser and broker
The Board of the Company announces that Cairn Financial Advisers
LLP has resigned as nominated adviser and broker to the Company
with immediate effect.
The Company’s shares were suspended from trading on AIM on
23 February 2016.
The Company's shares will continue to be suspended from trading
on AIM. In the event that a new nominated adviser is not
appointed within one calendar month then the trading in the
Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 1 of the
AIM Rules for Companies.
