                          DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING                           

Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or "the Company") was notified on
25 September 2008 that on 24 September 2008 Micky Zuckerman, the Chairman of
the Company, bought 4,000 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in PTI. The purchase
was affected on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange at a price of NIS 1.19 per share
(approximately 19p). Following this transaction, Mr. Zuckerman holds 3,319,692
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 12.5 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
