Project Telecom Plc was notified on 5 October that Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, including Fidelity
Investment Services Ltd., now has a total interest in 9,646,300 ordinary
shares of 0.25p each in the Company, representing 4.41 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company, having acquired a further 2,895,524
shares.
