Treasury Shares

Penna Consulting plc (PNA:AIM), the international human resources consulting group, announces that it has issued 76,050 shares from treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by certain employees.

Following this re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 166,999 Ordinary 5p shares and the Company has a total of 25,908,105 Ordinary 5p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).

The above figure of 25,908,105 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Penna under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
