The Board of Preston North End confirms that they have been notified today that 
following an acquisition of 4,755 Ordinary Shares on 10 June 2010 and 
543,451Ordinary Shares on 14 June 2010 (all at 5p per Ordinary Share) Deepdale 
PNE Holdings Limited now holds 2,242,642 Ordinary Shares in the Company, 
representing 68.04% of the total number of shares in issue in the Company and 
68.04% of the total voting rights in the Company.
