                                 Loan Agreement 
                             Repayment of HMRC Debt 
 
The Company announces that Guild Ventures Limited has advanced the Company 
GBP470,000 (the "Loan") to pay a debt due to HM Revenue and Customs, being the 
PAYE liability for April 2010. 
 
The Company also announces that it has paid the PAYE liability arising in March 
2010, on which the winding up petition was served (notified to the market on 14 
May 2010). HM Revenue and Customs have confirmed receipt of the money and have 
stated that they will instruct their solicitors to advise the court that the 
debt has been paid in full and that they have no objection to the petition being 
dismissed.  A further update will follow once the outcome of the hearing is 
known. 
 
The Loan accrues interest from the date of drawdown to the date of repayment at 
a rate of LIBOR plus 8% and has a repayment date of 30 January 2011.
