Further to the Company's announcement of 6 May 2010 regarding the equity raise, 
the Company announces that application has been made today to the London Stock 
Exchange for 205,761,317 new common shares to be issued which will rank pari 
passu with existing shares of the Company. 
 
This admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in the 
shares on 14 May 2010.
