Director's Share Dealings

Planet Payment, Inc. (UK: LSE:AIM: PPT and PPTR; USA: NASDAQ: PLPM), a leading provider of international payment processing and multi-currency processing services, received notification on 12 June 2013 of the following share dealings by a Director.

On 12 June 2013 Mr. Beck advised the Company that he has ceased to be interested in 97,000 Common Shares, which are owned by his children who have now turned 21 years old.
