The Company is pleased to report that all of the resolutions proposed were duly passed: (1) Jonathan Kaiden and Cameron R.M. McColl were re-elected to the Board of Directors as Class I directors; and (2) the appointment of BDO USA, LLP, the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, for 2013 was ratified.
