Planet Payment Block Admission Six Monthly Return - Correction

The announcement that was released with reference number 8893J at 7.00a.m. on 23 July 2013 contained a typographical error relating to the number of securities issued/allotted under scheme(s) during the period. The correct number of securities issued/allotted under scheme(s) during the period is 864,226 and not 846,226 as previously stated. This announcement replaces the previous version.

Planet Payment, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLPM; LSE: AIM: PPT), hereby provides the block admission return for the six month period ended July 22(nd) , 2013.

The below return shows the number of Common Shares of $0.01 each in the Company that have been issued during the six month period ended July 22(nd) , 2013, upon exercise of options and grants of restricted stock (which are subject to forfeiture) under the 2006 Equity Incentive Plan, the 2012 Equity Incentive Plan and the 2012 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This announcement is made in accordance with AIM Company Rules and reflects the change in the issued and outstanding shares as at the date of the return, there has been no increase in the Company's fully diluted share count.
