Planet Payment to Announce Second Quarter 2014

Results on August 7, 2014

Planet Payment, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLPM) (LSE:AIM: PPT), a leading provider of international payment and transaction processing and multi-currency processing services, today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss second quarter 2014 financial results on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 5:00pm New York time. Hosting the call will be CEO and President Carl Williams and CFO & COO Robert Cox. A press release with second quarter 2014 financial results will be issued after the NASDAQ market closes that same day.

The call will be webcast live from the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.planetpayment.com/ and a replay will be available on the site approximately one hour after the call concludes.
