    Issue of Equity

    The Company has today issued 249,476 new ordinary shares of �1 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 224,506 Ordinary Shares have
been issued pursuant to the acquisition of CryoJet Industrial Services B.V. (as announced on 6 October 2008) and 24,970 Ordinary Shares have
been issued pursuant to the acquisition of Frank GmbH (as announced on 27 August 2008).

    Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 19 December 2008.

    Following the issue of 249,476 Ordinary Shares as detailed above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 12,419,719
Ordinary Shares.
