Result of General Meeting 
 
 
Proventec Plc (AIM:PROV, Alternext:ALPTC), a provider of specialist steam 
cleaning and coatings technologies, confirms that the special resolution put to 
shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held today was duly passed.  The 
special resolution related to the cancellation of the Company's Share Premium 
Account and a reduction in the issued share capital.
