Directorate Change
Proventec plc (AIM:PROV, Alternext:ALPTC), a provider of
specialist steam cleaning and coatings technologies, announces
today that following a successful reorganisation of the Company's
Dutch operations Guido Schoenmakers is stepping down as Chief
Operating Officer to pursue other business opportunities and that
Frank Verell has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive
director. Both Board changes are with immediate effect.
Frank Verell is the Finance Director for Amsterdams
Effectenkantoor B.V. ("AEK"), an international wholesale broker and
the Company's adviser in the Netherlands. Frank has held this
position since 1997 and is responsible for all finance, legal and
corporate finance matters of AEK. In 2008, he was appointed as
Finance Director to AEK Groep B.V. which is the holding company of
Amsterdams Effectenkantoor.
Other finance director positions held during this period
included, amongst others, Probrokerage B.V., a Pan-European
wholesale broker. Frank has masters degrees in Economics and Tax
Law from the University of Amsterdam and a post master degree in
Accountancy from the VU University in Amsterdam.
David Chestnutt, Chief Executive of Proventec, said: "We are

with the successful reorganisation of our Dutch operations and now

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules the following
information in relation to the appointment of Mr. Frank Verell,
aged 45, to the Board of Proventec is disclosed:

Save for the information disclosed above there is no other
information falling to be disclosed on Mr Verell under Schedule
2(g) of the AIM Rules.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held in early March 2011 and further details will
be announced when the Company posts the Annual Report &
Accounts and Notice of AGM to shareholders in early February.
