                        Personal Screening Plc ("PSP/L")
               Placing of ordinary shares and change of auditors

Personal Screening Plc, ("the Company"), a supplier of a range of self-test
medical kits and the UK's leading supplier of CE approved home testing kits for
detecting acute and chronic health and medical conditions, is please to announce
that further to its successful flotation on AIM on 15 February 2006 and as a
result of demand from the market the Company has completed a placing of a
further 32,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p at a price of 1p from the existing
authorised share capital of the Company.  Gross proceeds will be used as added
working capital for the Company.

Bentley Jennison has been appointed as auditors to the Company.
