The Net Asset Values of Premier Utilities Trust PLC at the 20th October 
2004 are as follows:


Ordinary Shares                              127.02p 

Zero Dividend Preference Shares              106.78p

Following the rise in the gross assets of the Company, the Directors now feel it
is appropriate to begin accruing the performance fee which may be payable to the
manager for the period to the end of December 2004. This adjustment is now
included in the Net Asset Value calculation.
