Quadnetics  Group  plc  announces  that  Russ  Singleton,  Strategic Development 
Director,  is  leaving  the  Company,  with  immediate  effect. Russ, founder of 
Synectic Systems, Quadnetics' core technology business was Group Chief Executive 
from 2002 until 2008. 
 
Over   the  last  18 months  Russ  has  worked  closely  with  new  Group  Chief 
Executive, John  Shepherd,  ensuring  a successful  handover and in implementing 
the  business restructuring as  announced in June  2009.  With the new strategic 
development   plan   firmly   bedded  in,  Russ  has  decided  to  pursue  other 
opportunities outside the Group. 
 
 
David Coghlan, Chairman of Quadnetics, commented: 
 
"Russ Singleton was the founder and inspirational driving force behind Synectics 
and  later Quadnetics as a whole. He built the Synectics business over more than 
20 years  and, following  its move  to AIM  in 2002, led  the Group in achieving 
substantial organic growth and a number of successful acquisitions. 
 
"Russ  is a remarkable entrepreneurial leader  and has earned huge respect among 
his  colleagues on the Board,  throughout the Group and  in the wider electronic 
security  industry.  Now  that Quadnetics  is moving  on to  a new  phase in its 
development,  he wants to focus his  formidable energy and talents on challenges 
that are less corporate in nature.
