           Quadrant Group plc ("the Company")
                   Director's Interest

Mr R C Singleton, a Director of the Company, has been
issued with 35,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to an agreement
whereby the Company bought back the entire issued 'A'
ordinary share capital of Quadrant Video Systems plc
("QVS"), which had been held by Mr Singleton and two
other directors of QVS, a subsidiary of the Company.

Mr Singleton has a total beneficial interest of 37,750
Ordinary Shares representing 0.60 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
