                             Grant of share options


Real Affinity plc ("Real Affinity" or "the Company"), the AIM-quoted marketing
services group, announces that on 7 July 2006 it granted options over 16,666,667
new ordinary shares in the Company to each of G.J. Hedges (Executive Director),
P.F. Thompson (Finance Director) and N.B. Fitzpatrick (Non-executive Director).
The options are exercisable between 7 July 2007 and 7 July 2017 at a price of
0.13p per share and were granted to G.J. Hedges and P.F. Thompson under the Real
Affinity Approved Share Option Scheme and to N.B. Fitzpatrick under the Real
Affinity Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
