Result of
General Meeting
Revolution Bars Group plc, a
leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, trading mainly
under the Revolution, Revolucion de Cuba and Peach Pubs brands, is
pleased to announce the results of its General Meeting held earlier
today, where all Resolutions were duly passed.
A poll was conducted on each of the
Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting and the number of votes
cast for and against each of the Resolutions, and the number of
votes withheld, are detailed below:

The results of the voting at the
Meeting and the number of votes cast for and against and those
withheld in respect of each of the resolutions will shortly
be published on the Company's website
at www.revolutionbarsgroup.com/investors/shareholder-centre/general-meetings.
Admission of the new Ordinary Shares
is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 3 September 2024 (or such
later date as the Company and Cavendish may agree, being not later
than 8.00 a.m. on 30 September 2024).
