2003 that, pursuant to a placing, Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc ("Hoodless")
acquired 28,593,335 ordinary shares of the Company on 22 July 2003 representing
17.77% of the issued share capital of the Company. On the same date, Hoodless
sold 28,593,335 ordinary shares and no longer has a notifiable interest in the
