                          Block Admission Application

TORONTO - July 24, 2007 - Redknee (AIM: RKN), a leading provider of innovative
infrastructure software that monetizes and personalizes services and content for
mobile operators, today announced that it has made an application to the London
Stock Exchange for a Block Admission of up to 6,000,000 common shares with no
par value to be admitted to trading on the AIM market should common shares be
issued pursuant to an exercise of options outstanding under Redknee's Employee
Stock Option Plan. If issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing
common shares. The block admission is expected to be effective from 8.00am GMT
on July 26, 2007.
