The Company announces that, further to the announcement dated 5
August 2015, the 326,458,333 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each
("Ordinary Shares") relating to the placing, loan note conversion
and directors' subscription have been admitted to trading on AIM
(the "Admission").
As a result of the Admission the percentage holding of certain
significant shareholders has changed. The revised holdings of these
shareholders, as of 27 August 2015, are presented in the table
below:
