The Company was notified today that David Jones, a substantial shareholder,
disposed of 800,000 ordinary shares at 36 pence per share on 1 November 2000.
Mr Jones continues to retain an interest in 3,903,964 ordinary shares
(3,870,631 shares plus 33,333 shares in pension fund) of 10 pence each
representing 7.08% of the issued share capital.
