RMR plc ("the Company") - New E-Learning Technology

RMR plc has developed a new technology which enables Internet users to watch
streamed video within Flash programmed websites without the need to open up a
separate video player plug-in.

The software also detects the user's available bandwidth and automatically
alters the quality of the video.

The technology is included within the Company's new e-learning software
product, called Elevate.

Elevate will be launched at Stand D70 within the E-learning Exhibition &
Conference being held at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London on
June 6 and June 7.

Dr Mark K Smith, Business Development Director at RMR plc said:

"The great benefit of Elevate is that it allows interaction with the training
content in ways not possible with traditional approaches. This
trainee-directed interaction ensures reinforcement of the training messages
and maximises training effectiveness. Desktop simulation is a great way to
demonstrate a task and allow the trainee to safely practice it in a risk-free
environment.

We have also developed streamed video within Flash without the need for an
additional plug-in, so that the learner need never delay their learning
experience by having to stop and install additional pieces of software to run
their training module.

Although we have initially used this piece of technology within our e-learning
software it could have a wide range of uses within both business and home
Internet use."
