The Company was advised on 7 January 2009 that Claire Hamon, a PDMR, purchased on 7 January 2009 39,823 ordinary 2p shares in the Company at
a price of 24.74p per share.

    Following this purchase, Claire Hamon now has a direct holding of 51,721 ordinary 2p shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the
issued share capital of the Company. She also holds unvested awards over 32,172 ordinary 2p shares under the LTIP scheme, together with
8,571 ordinary 2p shares under the Deferred Bonus Plan.
