Probably 30 or 40 cents at best on UK approval depending on when we get approval. It’s increasing looking like 30 cents given that UK approval is unlikely in April & May. And we would be trading in low teens by June without any news. So even a 100% to 150% jump from there gets us to around 30 cents

I don’t think so. Book-entry shares means you don’t hold physical stock certificates. It’s a modern, digital form of ownership, and in the merger, your Mr. Cooper shares will just be electronically converted into Rocket shares at the agreed ratio.
