Renishaw plc announces that Sir David McMurtry and John Deer have renewed their voting arrangement. The voting arrangement is on substantially the same terms as the previous arrangement described on page 111 of the Company's 2022 annual report and accounts. The arrangement is for a five year period, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
