NOTICE OF DELISTING

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

GBP20,000,000 Equity Index Linked Notes due April 2025

(the "N&C Securities")

This notice relates to the above mentioned N&C Securities issued by the Issuer under the base prospectus relating to its Notes and Certificates Programme dated 4 December 2018 as supplemented from time to time (the "Base Prospectus") and the final terms relating to the N&C Securities dated 11 January 2019 (the "Final Terms").

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has requested that the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin delist the N&C Securities in a principal amount of GBP15,376,228 with immediate effect and that consequently following such delisting the aggregate principal amount of the N&C Securities issued and listed will be reduced to GBP4,623,772.
