Transaction in Own Shares

Notification is given that, pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 November 2011 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, on 27 July 2012, the Company purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 3p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 8.0 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 500,000 ordinary shares of 3p in treasury and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 14,441,822 ordinary shares of 3p.
