Voting rights

Following the reversal of shares purchased by the Company on 27 July 2012 pursuant to the authority to make market purchases, which was in contravention of the relevant legislation, and therefore void, the Company confirms that it has 14,944,120 ordinary shares of 3p each in issue and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 14,944,120.
