BOARD CHANGE

It is announced pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules that, following the acquisition by Stork Holdco L.P., a limited partnership jointly controlled by Qatar Investment Authority and Brookfield Property Partners L.P., the following individuals have resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect:

   --      David Pritchard; 
   --      John Botts; 
   --      Peter Harned; 
   --      Jonathan Lane; 
   --      Sam Levinson; 
   --      Alex Midgen; 
   --      Brian Niles; and 
   --      David P. O'Connor.

In addition, the following 3 directors have been appointed as directors with immediate effect:

Richard Byron Clark, 56, is a senior managing partner and global head of real estate at Brookfield, chief executive officer of Brookfield Property Partners, chairman of Rouse Properties and a member of the board of directors at General Growth Properties and other Brookfield affiliates. He has over 30 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Brookfield and its predecessors since 1984 in various senior roles including President of Brookfield Office Properties' U.S. Commercial Operations. He is a board member on a number of subsidiary companies of Brookfield.

There are no details to be disclosed in respect of Ric Clark under paragraphs (iii) to (viii) of schedule two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules and he has no direct or indirect interest in the shares of the Company.

Jon Steven Haick, 40, is a senior managing partner at Brookfield Asset Management and chief executive officer of Brookfield Europe based in London. Jon joined Brookfield's private equity and finance group in Toronto, Canada in 2005 with a background in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has since been involved in a number of significant transactions, a range of industries including real estate, building products and industrials. He is a board member on a number of subsidiary companies of Brookfield.

There are no details to be disclosed in respect of Jon Haick under paragraphs (iii) to (viii) of schedule two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules and he has no direct or indirect interest in the shares of the Company.

Brian William Kingston, 41, is a senior managing partner of Brookfield Asset Management and the president and chief investment officer of Brookfield's global real estate group. He has over 15 years of real estate experience and has held various senior management positions within Brookfield and its affiliates, including chief executive officer of Prime Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. and chief financial officer of Brookfield Multiplex. He is a board member on a number of subsidiary companies of Brookfield.

There are no details to be disclosed in respect of Brian Kingston under paragraphs (iii) to (viii) of schedule two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules and he has no direct or indirect interest in the shares of the Company.
