RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited (the "Fund")
which is the beneficial owner of these shares. The legal
title to these shares is held on behalf of the Fund
by its nominee, Credit Suisse Nominees (UK) Limited.
**These shares are owned beneficially by Mr. William
Philip Seymour Richards who is the appointed fund manager
of the Fund and is an employee and executive director
of RAB Capital Limited.
The legal title to Mr Richard's shares is held on his
behalf as follows:
Canaccord Nominees Limited: 100,000 shares
Eden Financial Limited: 1,420,000 shares
William Philip Seymour Richards: 11,408,750 shares
Owing to the chain of control of all the shares disclosed,
we consider it appropriate to aggregate the holdings
of the Fund and William Philip Seymour Richards as per
Box 8 above.
