Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the
"Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that
designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport
safety, announces that on 9 March 2023, the Company's Chief
Financial Officer, Martin Ive, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 6.93 pence per
Ordinary Share, 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.80 pence per
Ordinary Share, 48,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.70 pence per
Ordinary Share, and 44,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.60 pence
per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Ive is now beneficially interested
in 5,192,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with UK
