Earlier today, S(4) Capital (SFOR.L) announced that at 8.00 a.m.
GMT today 101,091,994 ordinary shares of GBP0.25 each ("New
Ordinary Shares") were admitted to the standard listing segment of
the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading
on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities
under the ticker "SFOR" ("Admission").
