Dividend

The preliminary announcement of the Group's results for the year ended 31
December 2001 indicated that the Board proposes that the final dividend for that
year will be maintained at the level declared in 2000 which was 1.5 pence per
ordinary share.  Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company to be held on 10 May 2002, the final dividend for 2001 will be payable
on 31 May 2002 to shareholders on the register at 19 April 2002.
